Unfortunately, this quarter I'm not going to have as many exciting pieces to show everyone. Last quarter, I was really spoiled and had three studio classes where I got to do pretty much whatever I wanted, but this quarter I am back to having two studios and one lecture, which means less work for me so I won't be as stressed now. However, that means less pieces for me to put up and now I'm also in my editorial illustration class. Editorial illustrations are basically meant to go with printed articles in magazines or newspapers, so most of the time the work doesn't have much of a personal voice. I know this is where a lot of illustrators earn their living, but it's not really my cup of tea. I only have one class now where I can do work reflective of myself, which is my materials and techniques II class. I guess what this journal is saying is that this quarter my work is not going to be up to the level of last quarter and I probably won't be updating as often >_<
